President Obama seeks Russia deal to slash nuclear weapons

President Obama will convene the most ambitious arms reduction talks with Russia for a generation, aiming to slash each country’s stockpile of nuclear weapons by 80 per cent.

The radical treaty would cut the number of nuclear warheads to 1,000 each, The Times has learnt. Key to the initiative is a review of the Bush Administration’s plan for a US missile defence shield in Eastern Europe, a project fiercely opposed by Moscow.

Mr Obama is to establish a non-proliferation office at the White House to oversee the talks, expected to be headed by Gary Samore, a non-proliferation negotiator in the Clinton Administration. The talks will be driven by Hillary Clinton’s State Department.

No final decision on the defence shield has been taken by Mr Obama. Yet merely delaying the placement of US missiles in Poland and a radar station in the Czech Republic — which if deployed would cost the US $4 billion annually — removes what has been a major impediment to Russian co-operation on arms reduction.

There were a flurry of mistakes last year which were a perfect storm that allowed O to get in. I find it odd for all those events to have been coincidences. God may have placed Obama in power for reasons unknown to us. Just like God allowed 6 million jews to be slaughtered which resulted in the creation of Israel. And He will be shown glorious no matter what happens in the short term. "

I’m blind with rage at all of this. The inauguration was nothing more than a coronation and it makes me vomit that this punk is so busy savoring ‘being the first black president’ that he’s demonically trowing everything away.

This fool sincerely believes that he’s up there in terms of respect from other world leaders while they laugh at him behind his back.

And various minorities can vicariously live their dreams through Obama. Obama is doing everything they’ve dreamed of and as long as he tears down this country built by ‘evil white slave owners’ they’ll cheer him on.

Yeah, I hate to bring race into it but according to most surveys I've seen, 90% of Black voted for Obama. However, that is not all of the minions that voted him in, I also blame a lot of young people like my grade school buddy (and my boss at work now) that I've been hanging with since then. He blames a lot of young folks taken in by Zero. Not only race is a factor, it is true, there is no way to candy coat it, since he is President, I just come out with my thoughts, I don't care about being PC. Youth is a factor too along with the gimmee mentality.

Getting back to race, some say that Zero is only 1/8th Black, 3/8ths Arab and 1/2 White. His father looks all African to me but then again genetics is an inexact science. However, if we go by that logic if that is true, Zero is only 1/8th (12.5%) Black, if we go by the terms of the antebellum South, he would be an "octoroon." However, in the minds of 90% plus Blacks and the majority of the youth vote, he is all African to them. Race should not be a factor, but it is during this election and beyond, we cannot hide the truth.

Yeah, I'm white-hot with anger and rage but also with very deep sadness. Mom cried during his inauguration. I had to turn it off at times, I don't think my employer would like me punching a hole in the dashboard of the new pickup truck. At other times, I'm yelling at the radio and dropping the F-Bomb, I'll be truthful. I think God I'm by myself and I know I'm not the only one, my co-workers are the same way.

Zero and the world, I'm sure many world leaders, when they see him, they see the word "sucker."

Either that or threaten to bring Obama back into the presidency. Something like that.

I see it this way, if there is an atomic war and collapse where the survivors rebuild, I can see something like, "you kids better be good, otherwise, The Obama who destroyed the world will come back and haunt you as well as do creepy things." Think of him as a post-apocalyptic 22nd or 23rd Century "bogie man in the closet."
