Cut taxes. Anything else will require printing money. Then again, tax cuts would only help those who actually pay taxes...that wouldn't help the Dem base.

Of course there are magic bullets. Try a 15% flat tax, no capital gains tax, no corporate tax, no CAFE standards, drill, convert coal to oil, build nukes, permanent moon base...I could go on and on but my ideas require love for America not hatred. Individualist courage not get along me too ism. Personnel responsibility not collectivist claptrap. Faith in the future.

Unfortunately Obama has NOT yet figured out he has been made the CAPTAIN of the TITANIC.

The financial problems confronting America and NOT directly solvable through FIXING THEM. The economy must MEND ITSELF NORMALLY which, itself, is an UNPLEASANT experience, to say the least.

Spending MORE MONEY will NOT get this Country out of debt. What it does is shckle the next TWO GENERATIONS of AMERICANS with MASSIVE DEBT.

President Barack Obama says he is alarmed at how fast the U.S. economy has deteriorated

I'm alarmed at his being President, but at least I'm not pestering schoolchildren.

I wonder if his nervous breakdown will be a full-bore public screamer or a hauled off to the hospital in the middle of the night one.

He’s got to frighten us real good if we are to accept the socialism he’s gonna ram down our throats.

problem is, he has people so scared they are not spending, so things seem even worse.

But if we thought the economy was OK, we’d laugh down his proposals.

Wonder boy thought that all he had to do was take the oath, snap his fingers, and bingo!

One of the people at work said that 0bama will be the greatest President ever. I almost said, "At the rate he is going, he will be right up there with Millard Fillmore".

“They are ‘tired’ of ‘just being in’ the White House.”

...and we are just tired of you being in the White House!

BLAME BUSH!

You don't know the half of it. I tolerated leftist radio for maybe an hour today. They may NEVER move on...

He told CNN that even three months ago, most economists would not have predicted the economy was "in as bad of a situation as we are in right now."

It's amazing what happens, Mr. 0, when you talk down the economy every chance you get (after assuring America you knew the recipe to bring back stability) while proposing nothing that will stimultate the economy but instead support a pork-laden, Democrat constituency-paying congressional bill, and you wonder why the economy is as bad as it is?

President Obama is in way over his head, I mean way down yonder off the continental shelf.

I think he will have a nervous breakdown too or become like JFK and start getting many shots and who knows what pumped into him so he can “cope”.

” With little notice, the president and first lady Michelle Obama bolted the gated White House compound in their tank of a limousine on Tuesday. “

Brian Williams reported that five network anchors were left cooling their heels in the West Wing ,
after being summoned for interviews-
when Barry and Michelle
suddenly stiffed them and screeched away from the White House.
If President Bush had done this-
all the cables would have on psychiatrists discussing stress and signs of mental instability.
When the going gets tough, Barry books.

He’s got to frighten us real good if we are to accept the socialism he’s gonna ram down our throats.

Everyday as I think about the dangers being foisted on our country by O and the Dems I always think of that quote Biden said about Obama being tested by a manufactured event in six months:

"It will not be six months before the world tests Barack Obama like they did John Kennedy. The world is looking. We're about to elect a brilliant 47-year-old senator president of the United States of America. Remember I said it standing here if you don't remember anything else I said. Watch, we're gonna have an international crisis, a generated crisis, to test the mettle of this guy.

I can give you at least four or five scenarios from where it might originate. And he's gonna need help. And the kind of help he's gonna need is, he's gonna need you - not financially to help him - we're gonna need you to use your influence, your influence within the community, to stand with him. Because it's not gonna be apparent initially, it's not gonna be apparent that we're right."

Biden is an idiot but when you hear the clip it is the one time that he seems quite convinced of what he was saying, coupled with the fact that this was recorded in a closed fundraising event so Biden didn't have the standard incentive to bloviate whenever network news cameras were around.

Scary.

“There is “no magic bullet,””

Convincing Nancy, Reid, Barney, Chris, etc. that suicide is painless and brings on many good changes for the country would help him sleep.

>> WASHINGTON: President Barack Obama ... worrying about [deteriorating economy] keeps him up at night.

And let's not forget the bravado sallied about not long ago:

FR: Sawyer: Obama Still Working When W Would Be In Bed
DIANE SAWYER: His office day, by the way, ends at 10 PM. And the former president used to be in bed by 10 PM. So, the night owl has arrived.

There's nothing wrong with going to bed at 10 PM.

What a-holes. There are two benefits to the Obama's joy ride - the slobbering, worshipping media big wigs were stiffed and Obama clearly needed to escape (and screw up traffic for a time) to avoid talking about the really bad day he had. Thus he and the Mrs. stole away and decided, just like the Palestinians "Freedom Fighters", to use children as their shields from the "bullets."

Little tip, President Fist Bump: if you keep dissing the media that made you then you may be in for the old Bill Cosby line about his father's number one threat: "I brought you into this world so I can take you out."
