The State of California is refusing to pay income tax returns to the citizens who are due them. Their latest plan is to have those refunds into our hands by the end of May.
I’ve got a refund due right now. I’ve filed my paperwork and should be getting it back now.
They refuse to pay any penalties, fines, or interest to us.
Now you tell me why any California citizen should continue to pay the state withholding?
