Mm - Los Vegas Ron - you need to check on that statement, US citizens were allowed in Indonesia in the 80s. Maybe you’re thinking of Pakistan, but there is no evidence that US citizens weren’t allowed; it was difficult, but not disallowed.

What many people wonder is what kind of passport he used for his Paki and other travels at that time.

Thanks...I'll look into it further, Maybe it was Pakistan I was thinking of. At any rate, it wasn't on a US passport
