I am not watching the Super Bowl, even for the ads. I don't want to give NBC the ratings. I can (semi-) follow the thread on FR.
I did go to the web site of our local nbc tv. They have a good clip of the ice storm.

Your suggestion shows more imagination than Springsteen ever did in his entire career as a “working man’s spokesman.”

I can hear him from a distance...off key and whiny as always, LOL! I just asked Husband why they can’t find any NEW artists for the half-time shows. ;)
I’m here for a Sanity Break. :)
That last quarter ended with one of the best football plays I’ve seen in a very long time. Glad #92 is OK. :)

Hey, I like Nathan’s hot dogs. We finally have them locally. Before, I just got them in airports.

Oh, years ago, I had every Springsteen album.
Eventually, I had to stop listening to him because his lyrics were so depressing — you know, the plant closed, my girl left me.

I’m here to help. I’ll buy ammo instead.
I was a huge fan once upon a time. These days, he’s dead to me.

Yeah.... It’s unfortunate because he makes good music. But he just uses the fame and fortune to be a moonbat. Can’t support that.

I saw Springsteen live at the Obama rally in Clevland two days before the election (you know, the rally where the news was reporting there were 80,000 people there when there wasn't). It's not my fault, I was working at the time and had to be down there. I hollared at him, “Hey, Bruce, spread the wealth!”

But the band is great.... the songs rock, have a great groove, and it works..... until he talks politics.

working mans spokesman.
Of course working man’s spokeman is essentially a union leader so, it makes sense he has no imagination other than to blame others for any of his failures...

I never was a fan of Springsteen 35 years ago and I am not now.
What idiot makes these halftime show decisions????
Just go back and have a marching band and get it over with, I hate these extended catastrophes.
