Incredible. I was living in SF at the time of the police station bombing and everybody out there was afraid of the “Weather Underground.” I particularly hated them because I had grown up in New York, and I was going to CCNY when the predecessor organization, SDS, basically took over the campus, threatening students who were dumb enough to go to classes (like stupid me, working as a waitress so I could put myself through school) and trying to burn down the college president’s house.
Like Bill Ayers, they were all rich radicals messing up everybody else’s life, because they knew that when they got tired of it, the world would open up for them and they could resume the old privileges and powers. And they did, as we can see from Bill and Bernardine and Barry, all the radical children of well-off left-leaning people, who were permitted to have their fling and then be welcomed back to the corridors of power. And now they’re in charge here.
I hate Bill Ayers and everything he stands for and everyone he is associated with.
I recall the Weather Underground.
I didn’t know the word “terrorist” in association with anything other than fiction at the time, but in my mind, that’s exactly what he was. And is. And if Zero thinks this association is going to go away, I’m here to make sure it doesn’t.
