He’d better step up to the plate and not pull his punches. I want both barrels blazing at the socialist-rat party.

Great news. Steele is the right person for the job at this time in history.

Yes!!! He’s a good man and a strong voice. I believe he will do much better than Duncan.

THANK YOU, GOD!!!!!! I have been calling EVERYONE I know at the RNC begging them to not vote for the other guy who just recently left his whites-only country club in So Car. Yee Gad! Can you IMAGINE what crap we would eat if the MSM could use this! Cripes... so even though Steele’s not perfect, a big PHEW being sighed here.

I’m sorry that it wasn’t Blackwell, but relieved that it isn’t Duncan. I won’t stand with Steele’s position on affirmative action, and regret that he feels compelled to bend over backwards to demonstrate his African American bona fides—plentiful slang and basketball and jazz analogies, etc.—to the point of apparent parody.

But if he can break through with communicating the values of small-government freedom and realization of individual potential, he will have delivered the golden leg of the Reagan coalition stool. That, I believe, is what we should keep him focused on 214/7. (While others within the organization also rebuild at the grassroots and new technology levels.)

With thanks to the Almighty!

We’re a renewed party. And the grassroots did it.

Not my first pick, but it could have been worse. Congratulations to him.

Wonder if Schmucky Schumer still has his credit report?

OK, so who voted for the incumbent Mike Duncan who screwed up the election? We need names.

leftoid comment from NYT:
So today, they somehow think putting a Black man at the head of a mess will fix their mess? Really? They never learn.

they only see the skin color. that's leftists for you.
