This guy might have been set up by the folks at Fannie Mae trying to hide the evidence folks!This happened in October when all the news was coming out about Fannie Mae!
Who is to say someone else did not access his computer to do this stuff and set him up for the fall?

The guy could have written this hack years ago, in case he ever did get fired.
I would guess that he had a "deadman timer" on this little bomb that was reset every time he logged in. If he didn't log in for (say) two months, then it would expire and the data would be lost.
$500 sez this jackass is a DIMocrat operative. Wait & see. A week or two from now.

For this guy to achieve his "bomb," he'd have to grant himself write/delete access to the files themselves -- something he was probably directly prohibited from doing.

Can’t wait to hear this guys side of the story. Looks and smells like the perfect set up to me. Pick a target(patsy from another country)..fire him for a minor petty reason..get into his computer while he is not at work..set up a data time bomb...blame the ‘disgruntled employee’ from a foreign country...scare the hell out of him if he talks and say you will drop the charges if he returns to his faraway land and slap a gag order on him.
Bing...badda..bing... Barney Frank, Franklin Raines and the democrats ‘pay to play’ stuff wiped out...Mission Accomplished.
OK...putting on my tin foil hat here...I know.
