Who gets FIRED for changing a few ‘settings’ anyway?

Depends on the settings, doesn't it?

For this guy to achieve his "bomb," he'd have to grant himself write/delete access to the files themselves -- something he was probably directly prohibited from doing.

But the report is saying he was fired for ‘changing a few settings’..then planted the data bomb on Oct 24th..after he was fired.
