Man accused of planning to blow up Mall of America and threatening Obama

A Colorado man has been indicted on charges of threatening to kill President Barack Obama and blow up the Mall of America in suburban Minneapolis.

A federal grand jury in Denver handed up the indictment Tuesday against 20-year-old Timothy Ryan Gutierrez of Cortez.

The U.S. attorney's office said Thursday Gutierrez isn't yet in custody. Gutierrez has no listed phone number and it's not known if he has an attorney.

The good news is that since no one can afford to go shopping, only tourists from Japan and China would have been hurt.

We should just explain to the President that this man isn't really a threat to him, and that he has more civil rights as a supposed terrorist than the President does, so chill out.

Why didn’t we hear about all the threats made against President Bush or other Presidents?
