Judge Leon of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia denied a Guantánamo detainee’s petition for a writ of habeas corpus today. The detainee, Ghaleb Nassar al Bihani, is a citizen of Yemen who has been detained at Guantánamo since January 2002.
