I have had 2 hosp refuse my son services due to his severe disability.
So I take him to a private Surg center to get his teethe cleaned under anesthesia/sedation.
Never ever in his 30 yrs has he had any problems related to sedation.
The Anesthesiologist that puts him under is the Same Doc from the hospital next door that refuses service.
He just walks on over and my sons dentist comes in cleans and Son is good to go for another year.
Never had a cavity or any dental health issues other than another Doctor accidentally knocked his tooth out (his bite is that intense) with a mouth block when doing some scope work.
I warned him that if KV comes out of the sedation not to have any tools in his mouth and sure enough he had is very expensive scope down in KV bronchi area and the nurse started chatting and stopped pushing the sedation and KV chomp down but the Doc hurried to save his scope and pushed in the mouth block and crunch.
Other than that and having his wisdom teethe surgically removed.
Any way I wish the writers of these articles would explain in more detail why Catholic Hosp would have to close down.
The Feds would essentially be holding them in a Financial Hostage situation. No Abortions/No Fed funding.
You’re exactly right. That’s the dynamic at work.
Slaughter babies or we’ll close you down. What kind of diabolical person could see this as proper?
My wife is the director of an organization that helps the type of person your son is. (That’s my take on it)
I’m sorry you had trouble, but it sounds like you have found a good solution to the problem.
Accept my good wishes for the both of you and your family.
