Look at Corker’s question. It’s a great question because he is merely asking why Gore is not espousing what he claimed before, the “net zero carbon tax” solution. Might even have said it in his “updated” film, if it is the one he made in California last year.
But Gore shows his cards when its important—carbon credit trading.

Finally, someone took a new look and found the "area of concentrated emissions" was massive. They had to buy out a whole neighborhood.
In a few words "It's just another government "fee".
It would seem the point is to create a commodity market completely dominated by government control in which all businesses will have to participate and whose winners and losers will be determined by government action.
A scheme so cunning you could put a tail on it and call it a weasel.
The swami predicts more fires, more hurricanes...Like they never occured before the industrial revolution.

Gads, that was SUCH a great reply. I guarantee Gore couldn’t pass my simplest undergrad math class, let alone any real grad physics.
