Nobody’s stopped the children from leaving with their parents.

Simple answer: Deport the children with the illegal parent. Change the law retroactively to make any child born in the US, to an illegal immigrant parent, a non-US citizen.
No more anchor babies. Past, present, future.

Just another great gift from our malfeasant Federal government — legal illegals. Now they think they are running our country and legal system — but, maybe they are.
How bad does it all get before people say “ENOUGH” ??? Time for a serious 2010 house cleaning in the Congress, for many reasons.

Get rid of the misinterpreted ‘anchor baby’ policies and this won’t happen! This is what you get when aliens are given rights they don’t have by the constitution!
As if it’s not enough that taxpayers feed, educate and everything else.....they demand we don’t enforce our own laws!
ENOUGH!
“Every Person born within the limits of the United States, and subject to their jurisdiction, is by virtue of natural law and national law a citizen of the United States. This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers accredited to the Government of the United States, but will include every other class of persons.”
Senator Jacob Howard,
co-author of the citizenship clause of the 14th Amendment, 1866.

...Children continue to suffer by being separated from their parents because of deportations... Solution: "Suffering" stops immediately if the children go home with their parents.

Not so easy, is it, Zero? Don't worry, the MSM will cover up their crimes against Americans when you give 'em amnesty.
For a while.

I seem to recall the chines coolies, working on the railroad, did not like the outcome of their taking such a case to the supreme court.

"Change the law retroactively to make any child born in the US, to an illegal immigrant parent, a non-US citizen."I'm not sure this would hold up in court. Ex post facto and all that.
To: Dan Middleton
Ex post facto is exactly what that would be and it would be legal. The so called ‘birthright citizenship’ and/or ‘anchor babies’ of illegals isn’t even Constitutional to begin with, so any and all laws or court cases that say otherwise are clearly wrong.

Why would anyone leave their children behind?Because they're terrible parents.
To: BGHater
If they can sue the POTUS, why can’t the families of victims of illegal aliens sue the POTUS for NOT securing our borders and for NOT enforcing our immigration laws?

“Why would anyone leave their children behind?”
I’m guess they are advised by their government to do so. Leverage.
But I’ll say it again...birthright citizenships are, IMO, a BIGGER draw and a BIGGER drain to this country than jobs. Each anchor baby under the age of 18, until 18, allows an illegal family to LEGALLY & continually draw benefits from both Federal and State governments under as many different names as they can buy.
