Riddle was on WJR this morning and made the quote of the day. “The only difference between Detroit and a third world country is the goats in the street”
He also was on WJR and I heard it.
Same here 70th.....
BTTT.
Right. In the third world, the peoples HAVE goats.
We must remember her name.
Speaking of which, does anyone happen to know a legal way to keep your house after you’ve run out of money?
Thanks! That was priceless! I liked the attitude of the kid that took Conyers to task
Does this mean Kilpatrick will go through the revolving door and back to jail?
Do you think John Conyers will bake cookies to take to his old lady in the jail? Or, will he make one of his aides do it?
“...49% of detroits citizens are functionally illiterate...”
What’s so functional about illiteracy?
“Whats so functional about illiteracy?”
I suppose an example is needed?
They ‘function’ well enough to go vote for democrats year after year after..yet they can’t figure out or read well enough to understand that it is the democrats who are ruining their state.
I suppose that is ‘functional illiteracy’....lol
WHOLEY SHIITE! TOP POLITICIANS FLUSHED IN DETROIT! ping
Fish starting to get hauled in all over the Nation! All have BO connections but BO is “not the target?”

I just attended my first Sheriff’s sale today of properties sold at foreclosure. There are a number of documents available for online review which give background information on the properties, liens, the course of legal action in each case, etc. What I find fascinating is how long some of these foreclosure actions have been in progress. Some of these folks got into trouble within a year or two of buying their homes, and went into the legal system of complaints, judgments, court dates, etc, shortly after. Even so, many of the foreclosure processes dragged on for 2,3, even 7 or 8 years. If you or someone you know is having trouble keeping up with a mortgage, I suggest talking to a lawyer with expertise in these matters. A lot can be done with re-negotiation. Failing that, it does take a while for the process to run its course, and in the meantime you still have a roof over your head. Unfortunately, I can see that a lot of folks abuse this system and drag it out intentionally (while we pay our mortgage and eat beanies & weenies) . . . so it goes.
