Not true. There are, and have been, a lot of non-muslim terrorists - the IRA, for one group.
The politicians - Dem and GOP - refuse to fight terrorist - foreign and domestic. Our southern border is disappearing, and civil order is close to breaking down completely. Gangs now rule large parts of our cities. Soon we will have a warlord society of something isn’t done soon, and we don’t have any elected officials who hsve the guts.
I went along with the rhetoric because I wanted to see our enemies crushed, George W. Bush was in a position to do the crushing, and he seemed to like the phrase.
In retrospect, unfortunately, it seems that he actually held a naive and foolish belief in the concept.
Barbarian tribes and robber bands can be repressed, they can be exterminated, they can be chastised - but they are not fit for civilized government, and it is idiotic to expend blood or treasure on that. It's like making a ballgown for a pig.
Of course, Israel is fit for Liberty, and I hope they keep theirs. However, since 77% of their co-religionists in the US voted for a radical annihilationist who is now the President, this seems rather unlikely.
Mr. Shapiro, the days of "America's quest for Liberty in the Middle East" are over - and good riddance.
If Obama turns his back on Israel and starts supporting the terrorists against Israel, I am getting on a plane and flying to help them. I am not Jewish, but I feel bound to help them, if Obama stabs them in the back.
And the thing is the next terrorist attack will make 9/11 look like child’s play
Lost a major battle, yes, but not the war. I wouldn’t go so far as to say that. The love-fest for o-vomit will eventually die down and people are going to publicly question what the hell he’s up to, especially after the first shopping mall is attached by a suicide bomber.
