Call me a commie but I don’t see how relocating a prison and doing away with waterboarding means the end of the WoT. Does it impede the WoT? Arguably; I think the jury is still out on waterboarding’s effectiveness. Let’s not all lose our heads like the Democrats did over Bush.
That said, this seems to me to be either a lateral move or a very tiny step backwards, not a full fledged white flag. Let’s wait until he *really* screws up.

Never been to SERE school, eh?
Anybody can be broken.
And do you really want those terrorist scum on US soil, being released into US society by demonrat judges?
If you want to do something in the war on terror, buy a gun, because the government is in the hands of lunatics.
And it is understanding that Obozo has also brought an end to offensive operations in Iraq.
Now, listen to your own words: tiny steps backward.
If Obozo takes enough tiny steps backwards, eventually he will be a long way away from being able to protect America.
In my view, this is what Obozo wants (see the video below).
We need to be paying very close attention to what is going on right now. While we are paying attention, I don't think we should we should be comparing ourselves to the deranged left.
Here is a video for your enjoyment:

It's not a WoT, it's a militarized response to Jihad. We should be following the Sharia laws of war in pursuing it.
BHO has recineded ALL Executive Orders issued after 9/11. Throughout our "intelligence" apparatus there are programs and missions that are now effectively cancelled because nothing has been issued as a directive on how or if they should proceed.
Information that was critical to the defense of the country on January 19, 2009 is no longer of interest today.
I guess it all depends on the definition of *really* screwed up.
Because one thing that bringing them here does is tie them up within the legal beurocracy and miles of red tape. They can obtain lawyers, sue, and sue, then sue some more. They can get assume rights of American citizens within the American legal system. They can recruit from the prison population. They can also pose and incredible danger to facility guards and the general prison population, some who may have hope of rehabilitation one day.
It's a legal nightmare that only the mind of a democrat could embrace.
