I am guessing the case Mr. Berg filed on 11/7/08 is a False Claims Act lawsuit and that is why it is under seal. It is filed in US District Court and not in US Supreme Court.
By the time this is all over, I will have earned a law degree. I’ve never had such a crash course in anything like this before. :)

It sounds good in principle but according to the info above it may not apply to senators, presidents etc.
