Honestly, with the coverage they did on the Edwards’ affair and such, it seems like some employees of The Globe understand journalistic ethics better than the highest paid “reporters” in the MSM right now...

Also remember — throughout history it’s been those “kooks” on “the fringe” who are like canaries in the mines, and I’m not referring to them being rounded up first... The thig is that everyone thinks they’re nuts, and dismisses their worries as “conspiracy theories” and the like — until it’s too late to prevent what they were warning about in the first place... It’s only then do some say, “WOW, I guess I was wrong, those folks weren’t so crazy after all”.

I’m not saying that all the stories one will find in a tabloid are good journalism, or even that every person on the so-called fringe is brilliant, or NOT crazy, but a lot of times through history — at least when it comes to governments and such — people would’ve been better off listening to some of these “kooks” and at least looking into things further instead of dismissing it. :)

There was an excellent editorial a couple of days ago. It stated the difference between conspiracy theorist and those seeking the truth about the BC.

Conspirasist grasp at comments made by individuals. Those wanting to see the BC just want the facts, the document, a tangible article to be made public.
