He can’t touch Rush. Rush can break the fairy hold.

Political House and Senate Republicans can be bought like the Malta dock whores they are.

The comments at the link tell a different story. (Thanks for posting. Interesting. I was wondering what happened as I had to work today and just got home.)

Somebody said not to pick fights with people who buy ink by the barrel. If Richard Nixon is any indication, that holds true for presidents too.

Think about this: by admonishing the GOP to “stop listening to Rush,” Obama has laid a nice little trap for himself. When he calls for the fairness doctrine to be reinstated, Rush and the rest of the Right can say “well, he couldn’t get you to stop listening by asking, so now he’s going to achieve that result by force.”

oh yes it is ! what I can’t understand is Ofreako’s choice when picking a fight?
is it that difficult to go about the business of state , i.e., being POTUS and start out name-calling on a radio show host? I ‘ve listened to Rush many years but he’s not the only guy out here, either. Why not pick on Mark Levin?

In my mind Ofreako has just cemented his level of intelligence as POTUS, and that’s pretty low to me.

GET A LIFE YOU FRAUD POTUS!

which doesn’t say much about our party.”

Our party?

Hmmmm. Lost me there. I'm from the party of Reagan. The GOP is from where these days?

Sarah/Rush 2012! Don't know as they'd win, but at least they wouldn't be afraid to call a socialist a socialist. -:)

Huge error on the part of the president to pick this fight.

It really blows the cover off of his boondoggle and reveals it to be not quite as “non-partisan” as he would like the people to believe.

Puts the whole plan at risk- it may still pass- but a number of Democrats may not be happy with the idea of taking all of the political blame for it.

The last President to complain about Rush was Clinton. It made him look like a pussy and it will make Obama look the same.

Obama is attacking his most famous critic. Obama has a weakness about people who do not kiss his ring. This is why he criticizes Hannity as well.

Obama needs to toughen up. Even for him the honeymoon will soon be over. Gradually the media will turn on him like any other President.

One would think with his 54% victory, Obama would just ignore Rush, but he isn't. That would seem to suggest some kind of phobia on Obama’s part.

Obama will undoubtedly try to silence talk radio as well as Internet blogs and satellite radio stations that disagree with his policies. The Lord Obama will tolerate no criticism.

Amazing how the entire democratic party is afraid of a talk show host.

True.

Obama promised change. Big lie - the old crowd is back. And it is a corrupt crowd.
*Not just a tax evader, but a stupid tax evader for head of Dept. of Treasure - this sounds like something out of SNL.
*Holder with his Mark Rich pardons and his role in 9/11.
*Hillary with her scandals and sociopathic lies, again not a smart woman.

Wow. CNN really edited and editorialized Rush’s commentary to make it look like something other than Rush said, or intended. What a surprise…NOT.

Rush was saying that the Obamessiah isn’t afraid of the Republican leadership, such as McConnell and Boehner, because he knows the Reps are too weak and unwilling to do anything to stop Obama’s agenda. Rush did say that Obama is more frightened of him, Rush, than he is of the Republican “leaders”, which is to say Obama isn’t frightened of anyone. Rush actually used those words during the broadcast, specifically saying that Obama isn’t really frightened of him. He knows that Obama is just using this as a distraction to keep people from paying attention to what Obama is doing. Bread and circuses.
