Think about this: by admonishing the GOP to “stop listening to Rush,” Obama has laid a nice little trap for himself. When he calls for the fairness doctrine to be reinstated, Rush and the rest of the Right can say “well, he couldn’t get you to stop listening by asking, so now he’s going to achieve that result by force.”

You are right. H will still try to implement the Fairness Doctrine. It can't apply to the internet or XM, but being a dope, he doesn't know that. Of course, never having done anything, he doesn't know much of anything. Most of the dumbest people I have encountered did a lot of talking.
