Bush did everything but actively recruit illegals to come to our country.

Deporting the aunt would set a bad precedent, because 0bama himself is also “undocumented.” His birth certificate and all other evidence of his past have gone down the memory hole.

The White House says it will not get involved, and Onyango's case will be handled like any other. Yeah, right.
When a local prosecutor's car was stolen, the press asked him whether this would be treated the same as any other car theft. His response was something like "This will be handled like any other case of someone stealing the prosecutor's car."

My mind has a hard time wrapping around the fact that justice is not as blind as it should be.
Why are illegal aliens treated with kid gloves? Illegal aliens receive lesser consequences that I would If I were caught going 75 in a 65 on the highway.

It requires immigration agents to get approval from higher-ups before arresting fugitives in cases where the arrest might generate what Homeland Security terms "negative media or congressional interest." What is "negative congressional interest?"
Voting out your congressman is "negative congressional interest."

there's was fanfare when Obama’s relatives came over for the inauguration. I never saw anything about when they left to return to Kenya

Doesn’t the President take an oath to uphold the laws of this country?
If he knowingly allows a fugitive to run loose, then he is NOT upholding his oath of office. That’s plain and simple.
Why aren’t we all screaming bloody murder about this and every one of his lawless acts?
I intend to send an email to my congresscritters asking them to look into the matter.

I am so disappointed in Pres Bush and this just adds another nail in that coffin.
He may be a nice guy, but he hasn't read the Constitution and The Federalist Papers lately. If he had, he'd defended the Constitution, like he took an oath to do.
Mail your Legislators a copy of The Federalist Papers. Google Shopping and you can find new paperbacks for $6 to $8 plus shipping (some free shipping). Mail them to your Senators and Congresspeople Media Mail. I'd like to see the Congressional Mail Room stacked high with copies of The Federalist Papers addressed to Congresspeople.
I'm going to write the Oath of Office in the front cover of mine and underline "Constitution" ~~ please join me in this endeavor. Thanks.
Listen to The Federalist Papers.

Correction: Obama-Aunt
The Associated Press
http://www.thestate.com/nationalpolitics/story/664262.html
WASHINGTON — In initial versions of a Jan. 26 story about a new federal rule requiring high-level approval for arrests of immigration fugitives, The Associated Press, relying on information from Kelly Nantel, a spokeswoman for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, reported erroneously that the rule remained in effect.
Nantel now says the directive was lifted at the end of November, weeks after the election. High-level approval is no longer required for such arrests.
