I’ll make two long-term estimates here. By the end of March...he will be sitting at around 50 percent approval rating. And by September...it’ll be around 45 percent. At that point, he will level off. The group of independents who simply refused to vote for McCain, and turned to Obama...will dump him by late spring.

If anyone starts asking about all this educational grant money in there and why its five times the amount for roads and bridges...then the house of cards falls apart.
The Dallas ISD underestimated its costs by $81 million dollars and had to let a lot of old and new teachers go. Managerial incompetance is widespread in American education, high and low. Now Obama are going to reward it.
