The Chicago Tribune isn’t nearly as bad as many of the other major dailies. Although it’s been dumbed down considerably over the last couple of years.
The Waterbury-Republican has great editorials. There’s a ping list for it. I’ll try to find it.
We could start a natiowide Free Republic paper to compete with USA Today. Print the truth and it will sell like hotcakes. I wanna buy a share.

The New York Post is usually pretty good and it’s generally available from below the Philly area right on up through Conn. Maybe even wider. In the Philly area the only other decent choice is the Bulletin. Don’t touch anything else.

sorry for the innocent chuckle ... Seeing conservative and newspaper in the same sentence, for me, is a pipe dream. I live in Upstate NY, in the only county in the country that usually goes to NADER.
Our Local paper makes the NY TIMES seem almost RIGHT WING, and makes the San FranSICKO papers seem almost MODERATE.
In the People’s Republic of Baltimore, The Examiner seems to lean a tad right off center.
Of course the truth is merely that it isn't a total Left Wing Only rag.

It even has a countdown clock to when Obama leaves office. Their editorials and articles have been posted quite a bit on FR and have been great.
The CURRENT of Southern NJ (Egg Harbor Township, Mays Landing, etc.) was exclusively full of good, local news and conservative Op-Ed pages - until one month ago where the are now running “The Left’s Turn”.
Nothing lasts for ever. Once they start top grow they all go left.
