My item of earlier this afternoon notwithstanding, not everyone at ABC is in the Obama tank. During the course of the campaign, Jake Tapper distinguished himself among his MSM colleagues by asking tough questions regarding candidate Obama. He did so both on the air, and notably in postings at his Political Punch blog. Recently named ABC’s Senior White House Correspondent, Tapper has served notice that he hasn’t lost his fastball.
Readers will recall my item of yesterday describing how CBS’s Early Show weekend anchors apparently thought it was a good idea to have themselves posterized in the iconic Obama style Shepard Fairey made famous. Chris Wragge and Erica Hill arranged for their images to appear over the Obama campaign’s theme word of Hope. They had gone to a new website, Obamicon.me, to create the image.
Now Tapper has weighed in with an Obamicon.me poster of his own. But rather than plastering his image over “Change,” Tapper designed a poster pointing out the Obama administration’s failure to abide by its own policy precluding former lobbyists within the administration from working for a period of two years on issues related to their former employer or clients.

Lobbyists are like lawyers. Everyone hates them till they need ‘em.
Very true. I really have nothing against lobbyists: they are the instrument through which we exercise our First Amendment right to petition the government for redress of grievances.
Good! I’m hoping that a few more journalist’s will refind their objectivity and start reporting on the con job that is coming from the Whitehouse!

If Tapper is worth a sh!t, he’ll find out who hired Craig Livingstone.
Jake is one of the very few Democrat “mainstream” newsroom reporters who has any decency or integrity at all. He has shown this time and again over the psat few years. He better watch his back, because his colleagues and bosses are not amused.
If the BO Administration is run by who I think, 1960s Marxist street rabble and their ideological issue trying to "bring it all down, man," there may be problems for real journalists in America.
