The irony of the week seems to be Gov. Patterson’s appointment of the Hillary Clinton replacement.
Kirsten Gillibrand seems to be more conservative than most of the NE Republican senators.
If we leave them out high and dry to swing in the wind with these crazy proposals they will eventually self destruct as the typically do.

If I had a genie or fairy godmother, I would remove the word “Trillion” from the English language. I would demand that everyone use “thousand Billion” when discussing dollars. We should have used “thousand million” many years ago, when a “billion or two” sounded like a small step up from “a million or two”.
If every commentator would say that this proposal is calling for taking “one or two thousand billion dollars” from future taxpayers to give to present day favored groups, perhaps more people, (victims of American schools), would get the picture that the government is talking about HUGE MIND-BOGGLING sums of money.
When is Chris Wallace going to have a conservative on his show?

It's called theme an deception! Nothing new, just artfully employed and advanced ad nausem by the DBM. It's up to us to catch it and then expose them, they won't be able to withstand a lot of that.
It's not the 3,000 people killed by terrorists in NYC, it's the illegal wiretap(that is the issue,not the act of terrorism itself) we use to try and prevent the next attack: theme and deception.
I think it would be good to add the new CNN show hosted by Farid Zakaria. He gets a lot of insiders to sit down with him now, too. It follows late edition. Zakaria is a recent immigrant, but has jumped ahead of everyone else at CNN to get his own show, as well as being the editor of Newsweek. It’s amazing what your buddies at the Council on Foreign Relations can do for you if you ask.
That will work as well.

Yes, Democrats are mortgaging the American future and Mr. Øbama is telling us things will get worse before they get better, usually it’s the other way around, you take a loan out on something, enjoy it, then have to pay it back

Reliable Sources is a good show, because Howie Kurtz does get conservative as well as lib journalists.
Interesting that this morning Howie wanted to show video of the confrontation that Obama had in the White House briefing room, and it took the production staff of his show three tries to get the video aired. A little bit of Obama protection committee in the producers’ room?

Wow! Does Obama ever have an apologist on this panel. He says that Jonathan of Politico who asked the question “absolutely should have known that that sort of question should not have been asked in that setting. It was the time to ask how he was settling in, how was his blackberry doing...”
Why isn’t the media reporting on the fact that Eric Holder’s law firm is representing 6-7 of the GITMO DETAINEES?!!
