I was just at Walmart..many of the adults who were not with their kids had items in their carts that were obviously for kids. One couple, probably grandparents, had a huge, cart- size stuffed Teddy Bear. I thought how much Americans treasure their children and grandchildren.
Americans may be lulled into apathy on the WOT....but if something happens and their children are threatened or hurt, the rage will be at Obama, not Bush....and no doubt very intense as his expectations are now so high.
BTW...For the life of me I couldn’t figure out what an Obama sticker car was doing in the Wallmart parking lot...shopping at a non union, captalist, free trading place ...no doubt buying their chinese flip flops and Vietnamese candles. ha!

That is a brainstorm on his part. Instead of whining about Obama’s executive order closing Gitmo ruining his business, Rush is simply adding one phrase that successfully defines that from now on, ISLAMIC TERRORISM hitting this country is on Obama’s watch. Making lemonade from the lemons Obama is handing us. Brilliant!
I felt the same way when I read that comment by that idiot. Ron and Nancy didn't throw ashtrays at each other. Barbara never had to gasp for breath with George H.W. because he had to tell her he was trouncing around with a floozy, and yeah, I'll admit, George W. didn't go to the mat and secure a $200,000 raise for Laura the Librarian right after he became an elected public official the way Obama did for his wife Michelle My Belle, but George and Laura seem loving and respectful to me.
But hey. Liberals have their own reality now.
But I will give Michelle credit, at least she wasn't doing the amazingly creepy channeling of Jackie Kennedy with the flip of the hairdo, pearls and dress designs for the inauguration. Thank God. that made my skin crawl to see her do that during the campaign.

That’s kind of what I was thinking. Did you hear? Celebrities have been making a pledge of allegiance to Obama. I wonder if they got a stamp on the hand and forehead while they did the pledge. I wonder if a stamp is symbolic of one making a “pledge.” You know, when you make a pledge, don’t you raise your hand? Spooky, isn’t it?
