hey.....question....last night the fever broke and I soaked the bed sweatin but when I rolled over to get outta bed.....damn...I can’t walk......my lower back feels like a knife is in me.............why?

also...in the last 3 days I’ve drank 89 gallons of water but no food....2 single mcnuggets and 1 biscuit.....

It might be your body is trying to readjust to not having the virus, and if you haven’t done much in the last couple of days, your back it gonna feel stiff as a board.

If you can, try to loosen up the back by using your legs and raising your knees up while flat, that will stretch out the back.

As far as food. Lots of soup and warm stuff, in moderation should keep you on the road to recovery.

And no, I did not stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night!!!!!
