Here was Fox News blurb this a.m. (I copied and pasted it at about 7:30am)

"Separately, the administration issued a reversal of a ban on federal funding for non-governmental organizations working outside the U.S. that offer abortions or abortion counseling."

Here's what the Fox news website says now....

"Separately, the administration was set to issue a reversal of a ban on federal funding for non-governmental organizations working outside the U.S. that offer abortions or abortion counseling."
