The text in the article doesn’t say that.

It says that “the administration was set to issue a reversal of a ban....”

Did Fox edit their article, or did you type it wrong?

Interesting....I cut and pasted the quote from the Fox website this morning.....must have gotten changed???? Honest I DID NOT do ANYTHING to the quote.... Now it says...."Separately, the administration was set to issue a reversal of a ban on federal funding for non-governmental organizations working outside the U.S. that offer abortions or abortion counseling."....
