I'm sorry, but aren't rats considered pests? Because he didn't use traps or Decon, he is being punished?

How long until people are punished for using disinfectants? Kills all those poor defenseless staph germs and stuff.

Wait, the guy owned 300 rats?
I don’t even want to think about what his home must have smelled like.

Liberal logic...protect the rats, screw the baby. The rat has become the symbol of the democratic party. These people are sick. I know this is redundant, but I have to say it.

Those rodents are currently unemployable since scientists now prefer to use attorneys or politicians for experimentation seeing as how there are certain things a rat just won’t do.

In court, Duffany said he got rid of the rats because they could not live in his apartment with his new baby. You really have to wonder about the soundness of minds of someone who would keep 300 rats in their house. At least he did chose the baby over the rats.

When you keep animals, you accept responsibility for their care and abusing animals of any type is simply unacceptable.
The guy should have gotten a heavier sentence or been sent to jail.
What a jerk.
Why did he have so many rats anyway?

First, laws against abandoning rats... Next, laws against voting them out of office or saying unflattering things about them. That’s how tyranny is done.
To: rabscuttle385
I’ve had a pet rat before. They are actually really sweet animals when hand raised.
