That was a good deal, especially if it’s reloadable, which most of the 7.62 stuff sold by SG is NOT.

I try to keep a couple thousand rounds of the Russian made Wolf brand 7.62x39 on hand at all times. It’s a little dirty but shoots quite well.

Just found some Georgia Arms reloaded Speer boat tail 165gr jhp canned heat for $370.00 per 500 rds. I have shot a bunch of their .223 and never had anything but high praise for their stuff. Still looking. I have plenty of time as I just ordered an DPMS LR-308AP4 and it will be months before I see that puppy. Ammo will probably triple in price (or even more) by then. I just want to get it now before it gets any more expensive. Seems the .223 is climbing every day!
