From what I've heard him say, I have formed the opinion that he knew exactly what he was doing. He knew it was wrong, he just thought it wouldn't be a big deal. Of course, he knew that a reputable accountant would not go along with anything improper, so he used a software program that would enable him to gloss over inconvenient facts.
This guy is dirty but he is also of the UN. Isn’t IMF the economy manipulating arm of the UN? Do not be dismayed that our federal government has gone to pot. Soon it will be replaced by a one world government.
