Works for me.....I haven't lost sleep over this one.

Flubbed oath. Is it legal? Should be, but just in case we should have a do-over.

I must admit to taking a bit of perverse pleasure in knowing the “real” oath was administered in a room with a very small crowd.

What the masses saw was make-believe. (snicker, snicker)

Jonathan Turley (UVA Law Professor) said over and over again today that Obama HAD to do the do-over ...

He said there is precedence for it - Coolidge and Arthur had to do it ...

He said he had spoken to a number of well-respected constitutional experts ...

Something about when something is expressly contained with quotation marks in the Constitution, it MUST be recited as written ...

So, I guess Biden was POTUS for like 36 hours and DIDN’T know it !!!

Also, I am wondering if Obama is going to have to re-sign all of his Executive Orders that were originally signed prior to the do-over ...

Also, does the Senate have to re-confirm Cabinet Secs who were confirmed prior to the do-over ??? They were confirmed AFTER Obama originally signed the nominations on Tuesday - they could not vote prior to receiving the nominating petitions from Obama.

Gawd - I’m luvvin this ...
