Also, does the Senate have to re-confirm Cabinet Secs who were confirmed prior to the do-over ??? They were confirmed AFTER Obama originally signed the nominations on Tuesday - they could not vote prior to receiving the nominating petitions from Obama.

The obama sycophancy is operating under the assumption that there is no issue of his eligibility. They take that perspective not because they do not comprehend the importance of following the terms of a Constitutional contract between We The People and their federal government, but because the sycophancy demands the affirmative action be taken and install the man regardless.

Since they don't give a damn about that passe crap called a Constitutional contract, it doesn't matter if they don't comprehend something they don't have any regard for.

As we all know, a democrat and especially an affirmative action hired democrat cannot actually be found to be committing or to have committed a crime, so it is a moot point whether he is eligible, because the mobocracy has bowed to him and he is their Lord and master Barack Hussein Obama, president of the once great United States Constitutional Republic.

Roberts swearing in the affirmative action poseur has finalized that if and when obama is found to have been ineligible on that crusty old technicality of not actually being a natural born citizen, the mobocracy has already spoken so the old Republic is no more anyway and he cannot violate the contract of a defunct has-been Republic. Roberts placed the stamp of unconditional acceptance on the lying criminal from Chicago. It is irreversible now.

The Constitutional Republic is no more: we have been shown the chief 'justice' of the subpreme court will swear in a man without proof of his eligibility when there are grave concerns over that issue. It is astonishing to contemplate that the whole sham was carried out with the greatest contempt for the We The People side of the contract, by the party with whom We The People had the contract. And if he is eligible, the disregard for We The People demanding proof of his eligibility proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that the federal authorities now rule, voiding the contract and ending We The People sovereignty.

Retaking the oath was the biggest sham piece of garbage and Roberts was made to be an even bigger fool for the obama ascendancy than he was before when he invited him for tea while issues of his eligibility were supposedly before the court. Obama cares not a whit for the Constitution nor the subpreme court (the fool Roberts has yet to figure that one out, if it even matters to the little appeaser), and we shall soon see, obama has little regard for the squabbling congress either.
