Why couldn’t they just write out the oath and have Obama sign it?
Pop Quiz: When will Obama release his Harvard and Columbia grades to the press so we can see how smart he is compared to previous presidents?
So far, Obama is the only president not to release his grades or how he funded his education.

He's obviously very smart. Unfortunately, this could just make him all the more dangerous.
