Repent and take your guilt to the Cross. He will forgive you and take your sin upon himself. That’s not to say you’ll feel all better about it - you won’t.
But, it beats a lifetime of mental illness trying to deny your guilt, deny your sin, and justify your actions - usually through encouraging others to jump in the pit with you.
