Still, there were signs that people hope for change. Lindsey Graham, a Republican senator from South Carolina, told NBC that "the Republican Party needs to reach out in a serious way to our Democratic colleagues. We will gain nothing by saying no just blindly."

McQueeg and his minion Grahamnesty.
RINO Grahamnesty puke alert!
And he got reelected!
We need to work to fire Juan McStain in 2010.
Pray for gridlock!
Whimsey Graham, just shut up! We aren’t giving up anything else in the spirit of bipartisanship.
SCREW BIPARTISANSHIP!
We so need Sarah Palin to step in and show these guys what a real conservative is like.
Why waste all that energy reaching out. Just bend over and drop your pants. Sorry Lindsay, this country does not work when we have only one party running the show. We're all about ready to find that out and it's really going to hurt.
Hey Lindsey, here’s the memo: Obstruct, obstruct, obstruct. When that doesn’t work, you wait for the D’rats to screw the pooch, which they inevitably will (when have you spent your way out of hardship?). They start losing elections and we get the country back on track. Capiche?
Has anyone seen Sen. Graham’s testicles? I believe they are missing.
You'll also gained nothing by just saying yes blindly, or blindly "reaching across the aisle" just to say you're helping get things done. I don't think Graham and McCain have ever opened their eyes to what their half-witted amnesty push has already done to the party, and what it will further do if another push succeeds and legalizes 12 - who knows how many million natural Dem constituents.
Open your eyes there, Lindsey, and maybe the defeated candidate you always seem to shadow will do the same (fat chance).
I’m not reaching out in any way. I’m tired of accomodating these stupid leftists, and getting slapped in the face for doing it. Screw them! Let them do their own dirty work, and be damned!
And, unfortunately, for six more years. SC passed up its chance this past year.
So incredible.
Lindsey, why do they never reach out?
Why must we compromise out principles?
Lindsey, why do they never reach out?
Why must we compromise our principles?
How many times did Repubs stamd up and get their way during the Bush years? Tax cuts and SCOTUS appointments are the only issues that come to mind. The backing-down list is much longer. Social Security, etc.
Now, here’s the real fun part. How many times did they reach across the aisle? Let me count the ways. Amnesty, Medicare, education, and so on and so on. Your wish is already here, Graham. We already hardly ever say no. And we already lost the election. Do you see a connection?
my trigger finger is itchy today
