“Nebraska Gov. Dave Heineman is again pushing for a requirement that state and local agencies verify residents are here legally before providing them with public benefits.
On Friday, state Sen. Russ Karpisek of Wilber introduced a bill (LB403) in the Legislature, on Heineman’s behalf. Among the benefits covered in the bill are food assistance, unemployment, public housing, welfare and retirement.”
Except for those collecting using fake citizenship documents, this is a complete waste of time until the anchor baby loophole is closed.
Illegal aliens & their families receive ALL THESE BENEFITS...LEGALLY...so long as they have at least one anchor baby.
Individual states and our federal government tell us how many immigrants are receiving benefits, but they don’t tell us how many of those ‘immigrants’ are really illegal aliens, who are receiving them legally, based solely on an anchor baby.
We need to END birthright citizenships.

When I came to the US in 1971, immigrants were not eligible for any type of benefit...
I signed a document that stated I swore not to even APPLY for any public benefits...
It was a deportable offense if I did...
Immigrants had to have a sponser who swore to support the immigrasnt or the means to support yourself and proven amoumnt of cash on hand
