I want to know if the first EOs Obama signed yesterday (which he said were about transparency) really gave him the legal right to keep the truth about his birth hidden. Did those EOs in any way obstruct the ability of litigants to discover the truth? first of all, the EO pertained to "past Presidents," but more importantly, it cannot be legally used to shield himself from the charges leveled against him before he became President, and ones which have never been resolved.
However, the bigger question concerns whether anything that Obama does as President is legally binding, given that he is an invalid President, was an invalid Senator, and maybe still is an illegal alien?
First, Polarik, you rock! Thanks for all your excellent work. I just wonder what is hidden in those EOs that we aren't yet aware of. Of all things, why transparency first? I think he is trying to stealthily outflank his opponents at his weakest spot. That would be his citizenship. What else is in those EOs? What does the fine print say?
