According to other FReepers who support the Constitution, when asked this, it was said, “no way” — that the only way to remove a President is through the process defined in the Constitution.
I see that rationale, too, because there is separation of powers for the three branches of government... Only in the way that is defined in the Constitution, could another branch intrude on one branch (like the Legislative, with the Executive, in an Impeachment trial, for example).
This was explained to me by a constitutional lawyer: a President (legal) must be impeached and convicted to be removed from office. This is true.
But Obama is ineligible to be President, he is a usurper who lied, abetted by other liars, and committed fraud to gain the Presidency. As President he would be illegal, and subject to arrest, trial, and conviction. Along with most of the Donkeycrats!
That, sir, is how it was explained to me.
