Somehow, I don't think the ROK Army will give two $hit$ about what Obama thinks should the North try to move south. I think the North Korean Army would be decimated by the time it attempted to cross the DMZ. The ROK’s don't need and probably do not want our help. And for the record, I don't believe NK has a credible nuke capability.

From what I've read, the North Koreans don't have enough fuel to move their army five klicks.
