It's so ironic how Lucas wrote the movies as an allegory to right-wing fascism, when actually it's the blue print plans for the left-wingers. If there are any rebels, it's going to be us.

Whats so bad about the Empire? They secured peace and prosperity through-out the galaxy. It was a meritocracy for the most part of highly trained officers. The Empire was not omi-potent, there was a black market, smugglers and vice. People had the ability to travel throughout the galaxy. Contrast this with the Jedi order which was racist, only through bloodlines could you become a Jedi. ;)
