Hoye refused and now a jury has found him guilty of violating the new law, which prohibits contact within eight feet of women entering abortion businesses without their consent.

This is outrageous.

The government that promulgates laws that allow abortion is no longer a legitimate government. This cangaroo court is a vivid illustration of the principle.

Can we use the race card? /s

If they keep it up, the state will fall in the sea.

Meanwhile the abortion industry is barely regulated and held to standards, not reporting sex offenders that bring minors in for abortions (hence they go on to rape and molest others) and refuses to fully inform their victims on medical, possible risks, emotional resources, where to go should something goes wrong or full out their statistics. To boot, all those who perish due to sepsis/infection/punctures during abortion don’t have it listed as the cause on death certificates.

These are the same ones pushing sex in our schools, does that offend us? Are the school, principal, teacher responsible for resulting abortions, births, infections, cervical issues, screwed up mental and physical states after? Oh, that’s different.

If only I had the millions of Soros to spend on Life causes... the Lord has given us these opportunities... what are we gonna do about it?

Pray or we are doomed in more ways than one.

By the way, the president declared Jan 18th a day for Life.

...Walter Hoye, a black pastor.

He's black. Doesn't that automatically make this whole incident smack of racism?

When free speech is taken away Americans should be fighting those who would even dare to it.

I suspect though that like sheep Americans are going to allow their rights to be taken away without so much as a whimper.

There should be massive protests in the streets over this !!!
America AWAKEN !!!

This does go too far.

A woman of course can tell people like the pastor to not contact her anymore, and the law can be used to punish those who continue contact without consent. But there can be no prior restraint on peaceful first contact.

Prayers up for Hoye, and may the city be found guilty and forced to not only release him but give a public apology and retribution in financial means. May it also result in a verbal and written warning to the city officials, and the people working at the abortion business, that they may no longer infringe on HOYE’S RIGHTS without legal ramification, in the NAME and Blood of Jesus this is decreed. Father God, bring about justice for the side of LIFE on this matter, showing and demonstrating that the left will no longer be pushing around your children without protection or reverberation, in Jesus Name AMEN.
