It was the all-Obama Comcast channel that drove me over the edge.
Finally, I thought, this was the last straw. I would cancel Comcast and switch my cable service to Verizon. But before I could make my move, somebody called and told me that Verizon was robo-calling its customers and telling them to watch their Obama-mania special.
So I turned on the radio and heard an ad for some Obama commemorative coins. I clicked that off and went to the mailbox and saw Newsweek. Guess who was on the cover? I flipped on the Internet and went to Drudge, and he had a headline about Time magazine running its 13th cover in a year on you-know-who.
And the mainstream media wonder why they’re going out of business.
All I can say is, thank God for the NFL playoffs. That’s the only TV I’ll be watching this weekend. This is one of those historical moments - like the death of Princess Di, or anything involving the Kennedy family - where the only way to avoid the overkill is to go to total radio silence. It is for moments like this that the Turner Classic Movie channel exists.
Speaking of the NFL, the Obama-ites have cut up the coverage so everyone in TV can have a piece of the pie, just the way pro football does. Even HBO - but what if you need a bailout to pay for the monthly charges? What if you don’t have Internet access to watch the ABC webcast on Tuesday night?
Every Saturday morning I drive my kids to work in a nonprofit kitchen in Jamaica Plain. It’ll look good on their college application forms. About a month ago, a rusted-out truck appeared on Columbus Avenue. It has a mural painted on its side of the Messiah, and out of the back they’re selling T-shirts with Himself’s picture on them.
The first week, I laughed and told the kids I was going to pull over and ask ’em if they had any commemorative T-shirts for Superfly Turner and Dianne Wilkerson. They didn’t get it.
What I would really like to get for posterity is an Obama cigarette lighter. Will HSN be selling them on their live Inaugural special from D.C.?
The Teflon that surrounds Barack even extends to his sticky-fingered appointees. Tim Geithner claims phony income-tax deductions like write-offs of summer camps for his kid and it’s an “honest mistake,” just like employing the non-citizen without a valid work permit.
Funny, when Mitt Romney hired a company that employed illegals, nobody on MSNBC called it an “honest mistake.”
And I thought the mainstream media was over the top in Bill Clinton worship. And Caroline K. Schlossberg hagiography - remember Pat Moynihan’s daughter saying he was qualified to be in the Senate because she was a “good hostess.”But there’s never been anything like this open and gross bum-kissing of Barack Hussein Obama.
Pepsi-Cola is over the top too. I’d stop drinking that bellywash, but I already quit a few years back, when their Indian-born CEO told an audience at Columbia University how America is giving the finger to the rest of the world. Now Pepsi is sponsoring a symposium at Howard University featuring the Rev. Al Sharpton. Times have changed, I guess.
Hennessy Cognac is putting out a special $30 bottle with “44” on the back, in honor of our 44th oh, you know.
And where do I get the commemorative Obama nicotine patch?
They played a big part in getting the empty suit elected. I guess now they're patting themselves on the back.
I fervently hope this backfires on them.
The TV moguls don’t seem to realize that Obama is over exposed. Their shows are becoming predictable and boring.
Just wait until next month.

Well, Howie Carr is not your average MSM flak.
But there is a real problem for these guys. Who are they going to make fun of? George Bush is gone. Surely they can’t spend the next four years making fun of Sarah Palin and her kids as she governs Alaska . . . can they?
So, only guys like Howie can have any fun writing their columns for the foreseeable future.

I have stopped watching most TV since the election but every now and again it’s obama this obama that.
My kids came home and my oldest said he was told to write a letter to obama, this was in history class.
H e said he wrote do not let illegals in, do not out up taxes, make everyone speak English, do not take the right to self defence away or the 2nd amendment
Bet the teacher doesn’t send that letter off.
The my young ones came home and told me that she had to write a letter too, my youngest had a flyer with obama on it and it read all about him.
That was it I picked the phone up and told the superintendent and the principle about this.
They had no idea what was going on and has gone straight after the teacher(she s good ole MS republican conservative the principle is)
They then put the TV on and started to watch the cartoon channel, yep obama was on there too.
Turn the TV over , flicking through the channels and obama is on a lot of them, selling obama plates, cups coins, clocks, shirts, watch our coverage of this great historic day bla bla frigging bla.
Gets in car and obama is mentioned again between the songs.
This is just pathetic, the love fest is cringworthy to see.
There is a cult out there and they are just plain brain dead.
While I am out on the 20th and if I see obama the phony big eared face on the TV then I will be saying something so all can hear it.
For any left wing loons out there.

The only good thing about next Tuesday; we begin serving our four year sentence. The clock begins counting down to our parole.

A liberal was boasting about how she got christmas tree obama decorations to everyone.
When another person asked where she will put these decorations she said she will hang them on the tree.
Of course the brain dead sheep liberal never realised that she was hanging obama on her tree until it was mentioned to her.
She immediately took them down when she got home she said

Obama is under the illusion that America voted for him, instead of his image. It is already going to his head. When he starts acting on his own "instincts", instead of allowing his Soros strings to be professionally manipulated, he will run afowl of the empty-headed media, and there goes the empty-headed constituency (except the racists who will support him because they are mental defectives whose highest loyalty is to race no matter what).
Burn baby, burn. Obama, ironically the uber-communist agitator, is now The Man, the pinnacle of power to be taken down and humbled.
I guess that fits in with the hysterical joke of a president we are about to get.
