Police in Pennsylvania said six high school students are facing pornography charges after three girls sent photos of themselves via cell phones.
Greensburg police said the three female Greensburg-Salem High School students, ages 14 and 15, have been charged in Westmoreland County with manufacturing, disseminating or possessing child pornography after they allegedly took pictures of themselves -- two of the girls nude, the other semi-nude -- with their cell phones and sent them to other students, the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reported Tuesday.

Admitting that you want illegal 'youthful' pics of underage girls in a public forum- well that may bring a knock on your door by someone official looking. I only said if that was all that was available.
Personally, I'm hoping they have one with really fat chicks.

We have already established “two sets of laws” by conceding the issue of teen sex to the sex positive agenda. It is no longer “if” they have sex as teens, the topic is now “when”.
How does the law look at a 20 year old who is caught drinking vs. a 15 year old?
Close only counts in horse shoes and handgrenades.

My digital camera is smart enough to be able to recognize faces in the picture that I'm about to take, in order to make sure they are in focus. Somebody out there either has, or can create, software that will be able to tell if an image contains a nude human figure (google probably has something to decide if an image should come up with safe-search on).
Software also exists to check whether a face in image A is likely the same person in image B (based on facial landmarks like ratio of face width to face height, distance between eyes, etc).
Sometime real soon, a company will start providing a service to corporations where they can check if a potential hire has images of her/him on the Net that would be an embarrassment to the employer.

“MINORS sealed records!!!! “ Child pornography is a serious crime. Like murder, if convicted they face years in prison. I suspect that, like murderers that age, they will be charged as adults which means no sealed records for them. They will be registered sex offenders for the rest of their lives.

How about this scenario: a couple gets married, with the wife being under 18. They take pics of themselves on their honeymoon engaging in activity that is, by virtue of them being married, perfectly legal in all 50 states. They can be charged with child pornography.

“There’s no way to rule innocent men. The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren’t enough criminals, one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws. Who wants a nation of law-abiding citizens? What’s there in that for anyone? But just pass the kind of laws that can neither be observed nor enforced nor objectively interpreted and you create a nation of law-breakers.”

“I doubt these kids will end up with such a serious charge, but the charge has to be laid regardless. A lesson has to be learned. “ No such thing as a non serious child pornography charge.
