And people had a doubt about him instituting a draft? It’s all a means to an end for them. Not only can he push volunteer numbers down to the point that we NEED a draft, but at the same time he can make SURE that those who are drafted are “re-educated” at the same time... Evil, but brilliant really. Communists don’t surprise me.
