veto a resolution? First time I've heard of that.

Typically the President vetos a bill that has passed the House and Senate.

he would veto a threatened disapproval resolution

How is going to accomplish that? For a constitutional lawyer he sure doesn't understand the process.

I remember when Slick Willie stood before Congress and threatened to veto something, and the Congress erupted in laughter.

When training horses, sometimes you have to crack the whip just to get their attention. I wonder how he would react to an override? He is to old to hold his breath til he turns blue. Then again......

It’s fake. He knows the Dems think he’s bought and paid for so why make it public.

You know, he missed his Legislator 101 class when he came to the Senate. He hit the campaign trail (the Obama magical mystery tour) before he even darkened the door of the Senate, so you have to forgive him his inability to understand the legislative process.
