Change we can all believe in? How about the same song and dance, but just a different day?
In opening remarks at her confirmation hearing on Jan. 13, President-elect Barack Obamas Secretary of State designate Hillary Clinton told the Senate Foreign Relations committee she would use the office to shape foreign policy that would fight climate change
You Mr. Chairman [Sen. John Kerry, D-Mass.] were among the very first in a growing chorus from both parties to recognize that climate change is an unambiguous security threat, Clinton said. At the extreme it threatens our very existence. But well before that point, it could well incite new wars of an old kind over basic resources like food, water and arable land.

Already acting like the President.
...she already has her bags packed.....and they are under her eyes...Jezzzz, she looks rung out and hung over
Will she be pushing for a climate treaty to fight against global warming or the coming ice age?
Didn’t Hildebeast ever hear that old saying “you can’t do anything about the weather”? What makes her think you can do anything about climate?
Wow. She does look bad.
But on top of that, she is such a lightweight. She has no idea what else to do but pander to the left. We’ll all be the worse for it.
I also heard her say near the end of her speech that Barack’s mother, Anne Dunham, was a pioneer in micro-finance and helped women in Indonesia. She went on to say something about continuing the good work she started, etc.
I was surprised to hear Hillary bring up Anne and go on to praise her and her work. Barf.
It takes two-thirds of the “Senators present” to ratify a treaty.
Better start targeting our 35 Senators to vote this down. I’m not sure we can get 35 non-RINOs out of the current crop.
My TV was on Fox news this morning and I saw the disquieting sight of John Kerry, quickly followed by a shot of Hillary.
She’s never looked worse. Surely she knew she would be on all the cameras today???
Maybe she’s thinking, ‘well, if I can’t be president, at least I’ll never look as bad as Maddie Albright.’
She may be wrong about that.
Hey, John Kerry:
The "lesson" of Kyoto is that a little more than ten years ago, the U.S. Senate unanimously refused to bankrupt the country by implementing a boondoggle that lacked any science to back it up.
Yet today, a new majority in the Senate seems ready to sign on the dotted line.
The new "lesson" of Kyoto? In a decade, the Democratic party has moved from soft liberalism to unadulterated international hard socialism.
It's almost shocking. Almost.
The Kyoto Treaty was drawn up in 1997. Who was president and vice-president then? If this global warming thing is such a threat to the world, why didn’t Clinton and Gore push for ratification of Kyoto when they were in a position of power? why did they chicken out, if indeed this is the gravest threat to mankind???????
There is a climate skeptic/realist blog that is up for best science blog. Freep this poll and send a message to the weebly wobbly interwebs.

Be patient for it to load and vote.
We are so screwed.
“unambiguous security threat”
Wow, she can really toss out a big word when necessary. I have a mental image of her, writing her speeches, with a thesaurus always at the ready.
Doesn’t Chelsea have a JOB to go to?????????????
Have to give Obama credit....he has “trapped”the MSM with Clinton, now all the spot lights will be on her, and he can sit back in the shadows, and do nothing wrong....nice play
