A few years back, 0bama declared the Constitution to be fundamentally flawed. How is he going to swear to uphold and defend it???
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

He will have no problem doing so! That is what should scare any sane person more than almost anything else. Not just Obama but all Democrats and most Republicans campaign by promising to violate the constitution in various and sundry ways and then they have no problem swearing with a straight face to uphold and defend it when they are sworn in. The “living, breathing document” means less to most politicians than a cup of grossly overpriced swill from Starbucks.

Does anyone actually believe that he will actually respect an oath to support and defend the Constitution?
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

A moot question. All those who are idiot enough to believe it know nothing and care nothing about the constitution anyway.

I’ve had my FFL for 8 years and have just never heard the term “positive response”. There are 2 ways to check with the FBI, either by phone or by computer. By phone I have never had any problems, by computer it “seems” like there are too many being checked, like the internet is congested and it can be very slow or freeze. I guess this is what the dealers are experiencing.

Yes but gun grabbers are clever and have convinced the masses that gun owners are a bunch of low life, red neck, hicks. In their eyes no self respecting American would own a gun. Don't expect any support from the American people at large who would be more than content to sit on their asses as their rights are stripped away.

Get ready to “do battle” to protect the Second Amendment and what it stands for. Nothing new really, it is just going to get worse in the hands of hard socialists who are very anti-American, and anti-Constitution.
How many cops are willing to risk their lives to take away someone else's gun?

That is “common sense” to dems in NY.
This is "common sense" in Chicago. To legally own a handgun, one must register it.

Registration forms are only available to rich, white people with connections to the Daley junta.

White people caught with an unregistered handgun get a warning... and their gun back.

Black people caught with unregistered handguns go to jail.

I’m a no compromise gun rights guy,but strangely enough I’ve never been to a gun show.I am a war veteran and shoot a range with many other war veterans-you can usually tell us by the fact we’re mostly dressed in ordinary casual stuff. The Camo Rambos are mostly harmless people who just want to go broke blazing away with all sorts of fancy “black guns”.I have one, hardly ever shoot it because I don’t like long arms much-I am basically a revolver guy-I do own semiautos just out of common sense, but on the range I just like wheelguns-kind of like my friends who fly fish.(I’m WAY too clumsy).
I can’t stand Obama ,Holder and all the other gun grabbers trying to intrude into my life. Can’t they learn to leave well enough alone?

Well, IF I still had guns—for those of you who have yet to trade them for a nice pitchfork, a nifty torch, and maybe a handful of magic beans—I’d find this interesting:

http://www.gunlaws.com/GunLawUpdate3.htm

Includes list of ~65 guns (last time around they banned 19) and useful links to primary sources.
